We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please contact our concierge team if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers worldwide (with some exceptions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Commitment

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of certain collections, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bridal wear (due to custom fittings)
  • Personalized jewelry items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked “Non-Returnable”)
  • Hats and scarves without original packaging (for hygiene reasons)

The Chic Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Miami concierge team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Package Your Items

Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip.

For premium collections (blazers, coats, or delicate knitwear), we recommend:

  • Using protective garment bags
  • Folding items carefully to prevent creasing
  • Including all original dust bags and hangers

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for US customers. International clients may use any tracked carrier to:

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal: 5-7 business days for processing
  • Original payment method: Refunds will appear in 1-2 billing cycles
